Event Information

Title: Case Studies — How the Experience Economy Has Improved Product Design

Event Type: Case Study

Badge Type: 2-Day Pass,1-Day Pass

Description

What consumers want today are experiences — memorable events that engage individuals in an inherently personal way. In medical device development and manufacturing, the voice-of-customers that form the basis of the customer requirements are derived from human-factors studies based on the experiences that a physician or patient has with a medical device. Some product engineers are looking at ways to provide an experience that alters the quality of life for a patient.

In this session, we will review case examples from healthcare companies that are investing in experience research and the tangible results they have seen. Included will be case studies on Mytonomy, iCAD, Limbitless Solutions, and Butterfly.
